The loveliest, sweetest flower that bloomed in paradise, and the first that died, has rarely blossomed since on mortal soil. It is so frail, so delicate, a thing, it is gone if it but look upon itself; and she who ventures to esteem it hers proves by that single thought she has it not. Humility - Fry
No, I didn't take any pictures during the concert. It would have been difficult and very obvious as I had an isle seat on the left and would have been clearly visible to Hayley. Also, the vicar made an announcement after the interval to remind people that photography wasn't allowed.
Hi Grant Just got around to reading your top notch report and seeing your usual quality pics. I know that all your concerts are memorable but this is definitely a concert to savour and remember.
Best wishes Martin
Thank you! And yes it was! I was particularly pleased that we got a few private minutes with Hayley, Raven and the Bedlam girls as I had Elizabeth with me. Hayley's spontaneity and sweet comments will stay with us for a long time.
Proof, yet again, that we are all greatly valued by Hayley and her very special team of musicians and management.
Sorry for the belated response - but thank-you so much for the photos and your report. So glad that Elizabeth enjoyed it and you got to spend a few moments with Hayley before leaving and how special for you - Hayley's comments.
