Yes David, as was mentioned several times to you, please don't duplicate information already posted. Note that the Japan dates are found a few posts before these and also on the Schedules board. It's a good idea to check before you post. Since you copied the schedule word for word from the official site, the links do not work. I've had to go and correct this in your post. Also, I've moved your paragraph on Hayley's Twitter account to that thread... hwi.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=Miscellaneous&action=display&thread=4927&page=9#103135Regards, Joe

Hi All, Thought it was high time I made this up. I always lumped the Taipei concert & the Japanese concerts more or less together but there is a largish gap between the 2. Maybe interviews & TV etc. but maybe a mini holiday break. The two countries are not far apart...nice ferry trip.Whoops, that's about 2 days. Geographically Hayley's next conquests would be Korea & Shanghai. Look forward to any TV (= video) coverage which may arise. Graeme

That is a superb map you did. Thank you. The geological basis is really superb.

Hello folks! According to her latest tweet, the Flying Kiwi has landed safely in Japan: Richard Hi Richard, I hate to say this but there's another typoon on the way Super Typhoon Melor, it is currently expected to pass close to the SE coast on Wednesday this week, not far from Tokyo. It should have declined by then from a Super Typhoon (like a category 5 hurricane) to a Typhoon but Wednesday could still be a very windy day! Cheers, Dave

Hi Richard, I hate to say this but there's another typoon on the way Let it never be said that Hayley is never topical. Including "A Thousand Winds" in her songlist yesterday was nothing but inspirational! Martin

Oh, I wish the storms would go away! Of course, that could mean they could end up coming this way... It was a little breezy today. In Central Washington, there was a big dust storm along the main highway.

It is still far away but already the wind is blowing strong in central Japan. I can imagine how big and strong it is. Tomorrow will be at the peak in Tokyo. Usually typhoon will have a women's name. Hope it won't be named Typhoon Hayley.

Hi guys, Latest: "expected to make landfall in the next 08 to 10 hours as minimal typhoon. After making landfall, TY Melor will transit across Honshu" Also: "forecast: 12 hrs, valid at: 080000z (midnight GMT Thursday. 8 am Tokyo) 35.6n 138.1e [just East of Nagoya] Max sustained winds - 055 kt, gusts 070 kt [63 to 80 mph]." So on Thursday daytime it will be a strong tropical storm moving over Central Honshu, a very stormy day (only slightly below Typhoon strength) and with very large amounts of rainfall - particularly in the mountains. The rain could be even more dangerous than the storm winds.Hayley and Maya... stay indoors and stay safe! Dave
