Hi Libby and everyone I doubt it will be a huge one, but I also doubt she would hide it from everyone like some other celebrity did recently... I think you're pretty much spot on there and I'd put money on it not being a "celebrity" wedding, (although she will look like a princess). Hayley just doesn't think that way. My feelings are that she will want her wedding to be as normal as possible with all her family and friends around her. As to when, I think timing will be crucial rather than sooner/later. She will want time to set up home with her new husband rather than having a string of engagements to attend to straight after. Best wishes Grant

Well, he has a job, too, so he might have "engagements" as well! From the way it sounds (from various interviews), he does work separately from her sometimes. I'm going to take a wild guess and say early next year. After the Christmas holidays. It'll be summer in NZ, and beautiful weather.

That probably falls under the heading of a state secret. All silliness aside, site leaders, are there rules for discussion of the wedding, which had been non-existent up to now?

Healthy discussion is encouraged, with members free to speculate an estimated date and place of the wedding. Hayley herself shall dictate any forthcoming news to her fans, as we have seen with the news of her engagement. Wedding gossip found in the popular press and "news" from unofficial sources will be strongly edged out. Best wishes, Joe PS... anyone imagining what the wedding dress will look like?

Hi Steve there may have been things on which we do not see eye to eye, But on this matter I agree unreservedly, it is crossing a line and this is Hayley's private life and personal business and the most serious matter of the heart that is being discussed and speculated upon. Not right.

Hi Guys,,
Look, Hayley will tell us what she wants us to know. That is all we will know. We can guess, that hurts nobody. But we should always respect her right to privacy.

Not right. We can't even wonder what her dress will look like, or when the wedding might be? What's the harm in that? Seriously, I think most of us have the common sense to know what's okay to discuss and what's not. And dresses are perfectly fine. I mean, it's okay to wonder what she'll wear to the CBA, but not for her wedding? Ridiculous. As to the when, it's pretty obvious that we're just speculating, we're not making it seem like we know or something. And we can only wonder so much, so it's not like we're going to be discussing it every day. It's natural for people (especially ladies, I suppose) to think about details of a wedding, even if it's not their own. Weddings are nice things. Just because we're not invited and don't know when it is doesn't mean we don't have any business wondering about little details about it. Sure, her wedding his her own business, but it's a fact of life that fans are going to wonder about a celebrity's wedding. And it's very likely that it'll be featured in a magazine. It's just silly to me that we're questioning whether it's okay to talk about this stuff. Nobody has said anything out of line here that I've seen. You really think Hayley would be bothered about us wondering about this stuff? She's a girl who reads "girly" magazines, so she understands. And she's nice and not persnickety about stuff, either.

Totally agree Libby i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifIf wedding plans are already in the making, Hayley probably finds our deliberations quite amusing - and, If at any time she wanted it to stop, a quiet word to our mods is all it would take. Best wishes Grant

Dunno about that, Joe, I for one understood it very clearly first time out. I for one will neither start, encourage, nor participate in ANY discussion regarding any of this.

We'll be happy to discuss it by ourselves. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBut really, there's not much more to say than what we've already said. We've already wondererd about her dress a bit, wondered about a wedding location, date, etc. I'm done for now, I think, unless we get more hints here and there. I must say, though, that I think I'll die if there is no media coverage of it whatsoever, because I NEED to see her in her dress, with Arnaud, etc. And I would dearly love to see Sophie as bridesmaid (who else would it be?) and Mr. Westenra walking her down the aisle. Yeah, I'll be devastated if we can't see any of this, just devastated! The only celebrity wedding I will ever get this excited about. I could care less about any of the ones featured in People magazine and all those. If Josh Groban ever gets married, I'll be interested for sure, but he's a guy. That's not as exciting. And all of his fans will be dying of jealousy! Not me, though, I got over that a looongg time ago. :2fun:
