Although the official site says 'Treasure' was released on 19 Mar, I don't see it in any stores until today(23 March). Today I went to Hong Kong records (I don't like this store but it is close to my university, so I went there.) to check and find that they have it in stock. It has the UK tracklisting but the cover of the American version without the word 'Celtic'. The store wasn't promoting it, but they are promoting the DVD. 'Celtic Woman- A new journey: Live in Slane Castle.' Cheers, Raymond

Thank you for the information, Raymond. I guess three days later than expected isn't too bad. It was also expected to be released in Taiwan and Singapore on 19th. I wonder if it was.

Today I have bought one. Orignially, I decide to wait for a while because I have already bought 'Celtic Treasure', but I suddenlly want to buy it so much, so I buy it. I enjoy the songs which are not on 'Celtic Treasure' very much especially Santa Lucia and Le notte del silenzio. The CD is in a case which originally I think is for SACD. I think it is better than the ordinary case. It is also easier to take the booklet out. The interesting thing is that when I opened it, I see an ad of Katherine Jenkins. It promotes her new album 'From the heart' which Gerrit mentions in another thread. But I think it is common to see advertisements in CDs. Raymond

Hello everyone! The saga of my order with CD WOW continues (and I will be on topic by the end of my post ) Some of you will know I ordered the International version, or at least I thought I had until Celtic Treasure arrived I Emailed them to advise that their advertising was incorrect and that they had sent the wrong item - they asked me to send it back After some consideration, I Emailed them requesting cancellation of my order and refund of my money. They agreed to do this once the original CD arrived back in Cyprus (don't ask ) This afternoon I arrived home to find another CD waiting for me which I believe is the Hong Kong release referred to by Raymond. To add to his post, the Catalogue number is 475-848-1 and it has an orange sticker on the outside of the jewel case stating:- "Hayley Westenra's long awaited new album celebrating her musical roots - Includes 'One Fine Day', 'Shenandoah', the traditional Maori song 'E Pari Ra', 'Danny Boy' and other classic folk songs and arias."It is also labelled as being manufactured and printed in Singapore. I am waiting for the next Email from CD WOW with interest Grant

Hi everyone, Although Treasure is released in Hong Kong for nearly a month, I haven't seen any TV commercial! Universal is not promoting much. They are now only promotling David Garrett on TV! No offence to him, I haven't listened to his music yet. But I think when a new album is released, it is essential to have some tv commercials. Otherwise, no one knows Hayley has a new album. I remember Pure and Odyssey did well in HK, so Treasure also should. We need TV commercials to promote it in Hong Kong. a not happy Raymond

well, i do agree with raymond~~~ as you know, we all think "treasure" is a very good album of hayley, and hayley did lots of work in this album. but i can't see decca to pay attention to this, just to see hayley flying here to there, dealing with cw's concert. i do hope hayley's cd can reach a good record.

Yeah! I finally saw a TV advertisement today! I only saw half of it because I wasn't watching TV. When I suddenly heard Hayley's voice, I quicky looked at the TV, so I only managed to see half of it. I think it is similar to the UK one. Raymond

Hi Raymond,
I only ever saw the advert once in the UK. During Coronation Street. It may have been shown a few over times as well.

Hi Amanda, Thank you for posting the link. It is the same advert as was shown here so it is nice to know it is being seen around the world. Roger
