Nice to see someone's devoted/obsessed enough to pay 480 smackers for a Hayley CD. Without WITA, one's collection is not complete! And no, I wasn't the one who 'won', unfortunately. With only 1,000 copies in circulation, $480 will prove to be a bargain!!

Mmm, I thought there would be a last minute rush. $480 is a snip for something like this. No, I don't recognise the successful bidder, or his main rival but there is a familiar name amongst the earlier bidders (I'm saying nothing!).
Hi puppychan,
Actually 1070 copies were eventually made but it is still very rare for one to become available. I think it is only the second time I have know it in 3.5 years.

Hi Roger, What if the seller had put WITA on ebay? He certainly would have garnered many more bidders. Who knows what the final selling price would have been.... One can only imagine what the ones Hayley actually autographed while busking in NZ, are worth.

Quite so, puppychan. I imagine a signed copy on ebay would have sold for ten times as much. As you say, ! Roger

[glow=red,2,300]!!!It sold for $480!!![/glow] Dori That's only £184.42 Do we know if it was "one of us" that won it? Best wishes Grant Unless it is the exchange rate, that's down since the last one. That rings bells as being at £215. Peter S.

Hi Everyone, I would never expect the two cd's to sell at the same price they could easily have sold at under 100 dollars it depends whose bidding and how keen they are . I'm sure the winner will have many enjoyable hours listening to it. It was well out of my price range, this time, and i had to miss all the fun and go to work If i had won it, i would have given it away anyway to a deserving person as i have one already i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI'm sure more will find their way to the auction sites eventually. Hi Folks. I did try to log in on trademe, I even tried telling the site lies, implying I was in Australia but it was non being fooled by me, I would have enjoyed bidding personally for this item and I do believe it would have sold for far more if it had gone on Ebay. As beauty is in the eye of the beholder
so value is in the hands of the bidder.

I was not suprised by how much it went for. Suppose it would have went for more on Ebay. Intresting what people do when something this rare comes up.

Hi All, Some of the 'HWI' members might think that the 'TradeMe' bidder's name "Mr. Jimmy", who won the 'WITA' CD has a certain "Scottish ring" to it? Well let me assure you... I had nothing to do with it this time! As far as I know David "The Flying Scotsman" didn't either... Maybe a "hole in one" for 'WITA' next time perhaps? I will have to move to NZ and improve my golf swing first though... The flag for the last hole must be in the sky somewhere... Andrew
