Hi Grant, Morag and I enjoyed meeting Elizabeth. With Morag not knowing anyone as well it was nice they could 'compare notes' while I was happy chatting and getting to know to fellow HWI members. I gave a personal view of Buxton in my earlier posts, but I can also add Morag had a great time and is now looking forward to Lincoln and Stoke. Best Wishes, Graham Hi Graham Thank you for that. I noticed Elizabeth chatting to Morag , as well as to many of the group, which was much appreciated as I found myself abandoning her on several occasions. Best wishes Grant

Hello, Hayley certainly loves glitzy tops! And they suit her really well too! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif Funny, because I actually bought a top very similar to these two tops of Hayley's, from a shop called Glassons. It's really, really popular in New Zealand, and it makes me wonder if she actually has her family send frock from NZ to her. I bet it might be cheaper here than in England, but I've always wondered where Hayley shops for her clothing and dresses... She's got such great style! *sigh* Dori

Best wishes Grant Sue and I were chatting to them both too outside the Opera House. WE didn't know anyone personally either, but I recognised some of you from the photos I've seen here. I have to say, we were made very welcome. We have just booked Lincoln today, so God willing, we will see you there. I still cant get over the fact that at Buxton, Hayley, after singing her heart out and treating us to one of her best performances ever, THANKED US at the HWI get together afterwards. Mind boggling Martin

Mind boggling Hello Martin I think most of us have felt the same as 'newbies' to Hayley's world, I know I did. Truth is, Hayley values us as much as we value her and this was commented on by a complete outsider at Cardiff last year. Buxton was extra special, being the occasion that it was, but I always feel appreciated by Hayley when I am close to her as, I'm sure we all do! Best wishes Grant

Hi Everyone, I have been meaning to do this for a while and eventually found time this morning. I have experimented with the Youtube 'Playlist' option and have found and ordered the 15 songs Hayley sang at Buxton. I have been working on the computer this afternoon and have just heard the result ! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif Not of course as good as it it had been recorded live , but I did enjoy it i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifGraham

Hello everyone and particularly those that made it to Buxton back in April.
I guess you're wondering why, after all this time, I am resurrecting this thread. Well, I've been promising to show Elizabeth (who doesn't have access to a computer) all the pictures and reports from the concert for ages now and tomorrow she will be spending the afternoon doing just that!
Anyway, I thought it would be nice to let you know so that if anyone felt like leaving a message for her, they could. Elizabeth felt very much at home with you all, despite not having met anyone prior to the day and I think that speaks volumes for the cameraderie that we share before, during and after our beloved Hayley's concerts.
Best wishes Grant

Hello Grant
I'm sure Elizabeth will love all the pictures and reports from the concert. I was very happy to meet her - it's always a pleasure to spend a day with someone as lovely and kind as Elizabeth! It's not always easy to integrate a group of friends who have known each other for a while so I'm glad to hear she felt very much at home with us.
My last concert was ages ago (May 8th! can you believe it?) so I hope I have the pleasure to see Elizabeth again next time I come to the UK.
Send her my love and greetings, Stephany xxx

Hi Elizabeth, I am sure you will have enjoyed looking at the Buxton thread. Morag and I really enjoyed the day as it was our first Hayley concert. I had a week down 'South' in the Summer and managed to get to three Hayley concerts. Two were outside venues and it was fortunate they were on the best days weather-wise we had all summer ! More recently Morag and I had a great day exploring Lincoln before the evening concert with Hayley and Aled Jones. We enjoyed the whole day at Buxton, and hope to meet you again at another concert. Best Wishes, Graham and Morag

Hi Elizabeth and Grant, Despite the middle-rate weather conditions I enjoyed my stay in Buxton, not least due to your good company. Hope you'll have a nice afternoon tomorrow - perhaps Grant will be able to give you a ride to Lichfield ? All the best, Karsten

Hi Elizabeth,
Glad you enjoyed it! It was my first "In the flesh" with the other HWI members there too. That all seems such a long time ago now that I have met so many HWI people since, and been to three more concerts. It was lovely to meet you at Buxton, and I hope to see you again at a future concert. You will have to persuade Grant to bring you again!

Hi Elizabeth,
It was a great pleasure to meet you in Buxton and hope you will have an enjoyable time seeing the reports and photos.
I know you were a little nervous meeting the HWI gang for the first time but I trust you felt " at home " by the end of the evening.
Very Best Wishes.
Gordon

Hello everyone and particularly those of you who were able to leave a message for Elizabeth. We had a lovely afternoon re-living our day in Buxton; Hayley's concert and the 21st Birthday celebrations afterwards and Elizabeth spent almost 4 hours reading this thread - she didn't want to miss anything. Your lovely messages at the end were a complete surprise for Elizabeth and she was quite emotional as she read them all, so I was very pleased that I decided to let you know she was coming. Thanks everyone - you are amazing! Best wishes Grant

Hi Elizabeth! Many warm greetings from a cold and windy Rügen (German Baltic Sea island). I hope you enjoy the pictures and the time you had at the concert. Hopefully we see each other again at another show. Best wishes, Thomas
