Hi Roger and Stuart
My booking for this one went off on 18th March, but the booking form did say allow 28 days for despatch of tickets, so I wouldn't worry too much for another couple of weeks.
Then we can all panic if nothing has happened by then!

Just had a call from the Festival box-office to say that all top price tickets (£25) are sold so would I accept the next price down (£20). I have but will be 30 rows back from the stage (a small price to pay to see Hayley!).
I suspect all the good tickets went to the Festival members.

Hi Gordon, Looks like you are one of the lucky ones!
Like Jeff and Martin, I had a call from Chichester Festivities and have been offered a £20 ticket about 30 rows back. At one time I would have been very unhappy being so far away from my beloved Hayley. Nowadays, I'm happy just to be in the same room as her, even if it is a huge cathedral!
Looks like you and I will be sitting near one another Jeff!
Best wishes
Grant

Hi everyone, It looks like they were too slow in dealing with the postal advance bookings and the late online bookers got priority. This is unacceptable but there's diddly-squat we can do about it apart from make our views known. I received the dreaded phone call this morning and ended up having to accept a £22 ticket but at least I confirmed that there is a view of the stage... and I asked if I could go next to the centre aisle so he put me there though I forgot to ask if that meant I'd be even further back! I think people who indicated that they would accept a lower price ticket will have been allocated automatically without any phone call. I said I wouldn't, so they phoned me. An email I just received from them confirms that now, all tickets with a view of the stage are sold out. Hayley's concert is the only one at Chichester Festivities where any of the tickets are sold out. Here is the announcement.Wow! I suspect that Hayley might be back in Chichester before too long! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Well, I think you're all lucky. I booked by post on 17th March and I haven't heard a word. Roger Hi Roger I would recommend you ring Chichester Festivities in the morning. They seem very helpful. The number is 01243-785718. I spoke to a Geoffery Symmonds. Best wishes Grant

I agree with you all as this looks like someone has goofed big-time with the ticket allocation.
Not accepting that I had been "demoted" and having read Gordon's post, I rang back Mr Symmonds and complained (I also had sent in my advance booking form five weeks ago).
To my amazement his response was "well in that case I suppose I had better allocate you a £25 seat" !!! Not wanting to push my luck too far by asking why then had it been stated that all £25 tickets had gone, I thanked him and finished the call.
Good luck to anyone else.
