I think they post them early in the hope that they will actually arrive on the release date.

What puzzles me is that none of them seem to "escape" before the release date, security must be good, that no one seems to have had a copy of one before the official release date.

I think it's just that we don't have a secret agent in the right place! ;D

Albums like U2's 'No Line On The Horizon' managed to escape. Recordings taken near office doors in record companies, leaked CDs ...goodness me, even a recording of someone standing outside Bono's house when he was blasting the unreleased album so loud all the neighbours could hear!

WOW! A package from Marrbecks dropped through my letter box a few minutes ago. I haven't opened it yet, but I have a good idea what it contains.

Since Goerge, who live 2 miles from me got his too, it has at least arrived in Leicester!

And I'm at home dog sitting today whilst Sue does a rare day shift.

And I had hoped to get some church work done today! Oh well!

SO! Some copies have already landed in the UK - excellent news and impressively quick too! Hopefully mine will arrive soon. My bank has, at least, confirmed that my card was charged on 15th April ;D

I hope mine comes in the mail today, too! I'm just across the water a-ways. But then Australia's even closer to NZ! I can't imagine why Jillian wouldn't have it yet. ???
And I ordered it before all of you did! Haven't they ever heard of "first come, first serve"? [image]

The mail hasn't come yet today, so you never know, I might get it today. Oh well, the samples help in the meantime. :D

This album is beautiful. I will mostly make comments in the general Paradiso threead from now on, but after one listening, I aleady love it. As if I wouldn't.it is Hayley after all. But once again she has done something different and original.

australias funny for mail.... i get mail from england in 5 days, the US in 9-14, and australia in 12-17 days... i have no idea why.

it wouldnt surprise me if you got yours first

Greetings Everyone,

You are really making me anxious for my copy to arrive. I have purposely not sought out any audio clips since I want my first 'listen' to come via my vacuum tube stereo system. I checked it out last night to make sure that all components were functioning properly. Now I just have to get that CD in my grubby little hands . . . . . [image]

I've come to the conclusion that the UK orders are favored because she's more popular there.
