One last vote from me for tonight and it's off to sleep. Tomorrow will likely mark the return of the 1 vote per 70 minute routine. Good night all. Bill

Hi all, Good to see that we managed to get ahead in the last few hours! A quick reminder though, especially for UK, Irish and other European members: NZ, Oz and the Far East are continuing to vote after their computers are telling them that the competition has closed, but we cannot assume the closing time (zero on the countdown timer) is based on UK time. It may be based on the timezone where the website host's servers are located, which seems to be Chicago (or possibly San Antonio Texas). Either way, that's CDT in the US and if it is, we will have the daily Pink surge in 5 or 6 hours time from now. UK & other European members please initially ignore any "Competition Is Closed" messages, which may be false, allowing everyone (including Pink) to vote until later in the day.Dave

We're now 156 votes ahead of Pink and all the way to 77% of the votes Alizee has. If we can just keep going at the max until this contest is over we should stay ahead of Pink. For those who have lost their plus sign the only solution I know of is to get creative by finding other computers, resettting routers & modems, or enlisting friends. Others have suggested finding computer labs (but they may all connect through a single IP) or using web-enabled cell phones. Thanks for all of your past efforts to vote. Please give it everything you can until Mallplace won't accept more votes!

WOW!! Well done everybody, especially the "night shift". I don't know where all those votes have come from but this is wonderful to see. If there is a Pink Push today, it will be slowed down by the new rules just as we have been.
As for any suggestion of disallowing votes, how on earth can they know which IP addresses are being used by who? I don't think they can know unless we tell them. I have already used two different ones this morning.
And it seems the organisers are pretty incompetent anyway judging by what has gone on in the last few hours.
Keep at it guys!

Hello Tweeters Good to see Hayley in 3rd place this morning and with a lead of 190 votes. I've only managed one 'normal' vote so far this morning. Best wishes Grant

It seems they have slowed the voting to hourly.

I might have lost a bit, since our system at work has been off for the last hour or so - out IT people doing their regular maintenance. What a time to pick! But I think it only delayed my vote by about half an hour.
I think if we can get a lead of 500 by Pink Push time, we should be safe, but we need to keep going for as long as possible.

Hey, I just got the plus back only half an hour after the last one. It's worth resfreshing more often to see if we can now vote more often! But of course with our IT people mucking about, it might have been modem reset. However it is worth a look!
