Hi everyone,

I'm amazed, the book arrived Monday, more or less one week after I received the e-mail from Mr. Gerald.
From New Zealand to Portugal! Wow!

And I also received a pen, a "Hayley Westenra Pure" pen. GREAT! :D

Well, I will return for buy some more items to join my Hayley Collection.

i had also placed an order a while back took 40 days for me to get mine, i had emailed Gerald asking what the wait was. they had been out of town for a couple weeks is what he said.

I've ordered "The World at Her Feet" & The Odyssey Poster @ The weekend, so I wonder when they will arrive.
I've noticed that this book is becoming a out-of-print in most places

I have just received a similar e-mail from Hayley's Dad myself, so I hopefully will have a signed copy myself soon, I am of course "over the moon" :D

I know the feeling! I was very happy when it arrived so soon.

I will get the posters too, but I will wait until December when Hayley returns home for Christmas, I will ask if she could sign them to me. That would be AWESOME!

They had been given the personal touch by a special lady prior to her return to the UK.

The WITA poster, the Odyssey photo and program arrived safe and in perfect condition today. :D

All the items signed by Hayley with my name! AWESOME!!! ;D

I love all the items, the Odyssey program is stunning! :D

I received also three "Pure" pens, I now have the complete set. ;D

I already sent an email to Mr. Gerald, thanking him and Hayley.

I finally managed the get the time to frame, my new posters and they now are hanging on the wall of my home office/study ( I know it's took me 4 months, which is shocking for me) however they do look great and I've pressed the HW rose I got from drew at Glasgow and it is now on the frame of my WITA poster above my desk ( Many Thanks again drew :D )

I'll take some photos soon

Hello,

I was wondering how the Hayley Store works; does Mr Westenra send an acknowledgement email or something after receiving payment?

I'm asking because I completed payment about 2 weeks ago and also sent a thank you email to the provided email address, but haven't gotten any kind of acknowledgement yet. I understand he could be busy or not in town etc., so I'm not bugging him or anything.

Well, when I ordered something I heard nothing until the package arrived. But I later found out that PayPal had my old email address, so it could have gone astray. It took a while, you need to be patient. I'm sure you will be more than happy when it arrives.

Hi Joanne,

I ordered something from the Hayley store at the beginning of this year and had a very long wait (ordered 1 February arrived 12 April) because their software and computers had a virus and they hadn't received my order. When I finally got an email through, they were really good about it and let me know when my order was going to be shipped. But that was a couple of months ago now and I'd imagine that it's been fixed.

If you want confirmation that your order has been received, you should send another email ask that directly (if you haven't already). If you don't get a response for a few weeks after that, let us know. :)
