Yes! I missed this annual event so much! It has been brought back (under sad circumstances, of course). Classic Response is an exclusively classical crossover event (mostly!) and always has the most current CC stars in it. It's at the Royal Albert Hall, and this years event is on my birthday! (3rd April) Perfect timing. Tickets go towards charity: www.royalalberthall.com/tickets/classic-response/default.aspxAn all-star bill including: Aled Jones, All Angels, Amy Dickson, Blake, Brighton Festival Chorus, Camilla Kerslake, Escala, Faryl, Jennifer Pike, Paul Potts, Raven and Rhydian. Hi Nicola,
I'm not going, but the line-up looks really good!
Probably most of the artist names listed are familiar, but I'd be surprised if Amy Dickson sounded familiar. She's on this month's (well, March's) Classic FM magazine cover and I'll bet one couldn't guess what instrument she plays. She's a classical saxophonist. Really interesting what she does with the saxophone, I think.
Nicola, I'm hoping for a review once you've seen it!

Enjoy the concert, Steve ! I'd like to see Faryl (and Camilla) live too and although it's a good cause, with that number of stars performing you have to bear in mind that realistically she's only going to sing one song.
