I just found this old picture of Hayley and Russell Watson. Have we seen this outfit before?

Hi Libby, Tracey Mulligan was working with Xterity -- so it is an Xterity dress, in a way. See this previous post of mine in this thread.

Hi everyone, It seems that the New Zealand papers have picked up the Daily Mail's Celebrity Style Watch article. The article is referring to this Daily Mail article:

Sunday News in NZ also had a similar article.

Why is it a "boyfriend blazer"? Is that supposed to say to people "I have a boyfriend"? I don't think any boyfriends would want to wear that.

Hi Libby,
I think that refers to a blazer that a guy might lend to his girl if it is chilly or rainy out.
Hayley's entire ensemble as worn at the pre-Wimbledon do very stunning! Lovely!
Best wishes, Joe

Hi Libby No, it's actually because blazers were only recently worn by women in history (as in the last 60 years or so) so when they first came into fashion for women, they were called boyfriend blazers because they were supposedly 'manly'. Dori

Oh, I see, thanks. I'm sure it looks much better on her than him, anyway! I guess that's sort of like dinner jacket (tuxedo), in which a man can certainly do more than just eat dinner. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Hello everyone - although I think this might appeal more to our HWI girls. A close up of one of the earings Hayley was wearing I'm no expert, but these have a 'period ' feel to me and I suspect they could be quite old. They're also very cute. Below the set stone, the main part has a frog sitting on a leaf above a silver or pewter globe. Never seen anything like them before - maybe a bit of homework required here. Where are you Jillian?? i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest wishes Grant

Yeah, and when are we going to have an earring poll? i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif I like frogs! I love finding the tiny little tree frogs in my garden. Sometimes they hang out on my hose, so I often meet one as I'm turning the reel. It's so funny. Sorry, slightly off-topic! Wait a minute, isn't there something about frogs and France? Or am I crazy?
