Thanks Richard, I'll set up to record it.
I've just realised, the BBC Breakfast studio is in Manchester (Salford) these days so it will be interesting to see if Hayley appears live in the studio (so an overnight hotel stay or 4 am start!), or via a video link from London.

Hi Richard and everyone, BBC Breakfast does not appear in the BBC iPlayer but I have uploaded the interview, which can be found on our website here: Hayley on BBC Breakfast 17 June 2012As it's a promotional interview and hopefully every little helps, I have also made this one fully available on Youtube as well, for the time being. OK so for now, I have disabled comments on Youtube for this, as it's just a promo interview to raise awareness of the new album. I just want to do whatever I can to help sell it and let people judge for themselves from the interview, rather than rely on other people's comments on Youtube, that would undoubtedly become peppered with the usual few suspects posting personal remarks about Hayley. I'll reconsider of course, if and when members want me to - don't forget to vote it up though, you can do that both on the HWI web page (hover over the video) and on the Youtube page of course. My computer hated the link to the HWI page. Said the Adobe thing crashed, and for about a minute, I couldn't do a single thing except wait for it to hopefully do something one way or another. Guess I'll have to search for it on youtube?  Edit: After exiting the page, I clicked on your link again, and there was no problem. However, I clicked to watch it on youtube, and then had to search the hwi videos to get the proper link (not the embed link) to share. I don't know why I have so much trouble watching/listening to stuff on the website. I had to totally refresh the page for the last 2 radio interviews to work for me recently. |

Hi Libby, There is another version of the interview on Youtube as linked to by Hayleyonline. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ThW_pUA7QWkIt is rather less professionally edited than Dave's version, but can be downloaded in stunning Hi Res (4096 x 2304). If you can't get the HWI one to lay properly, try that one. Martin D |
